The song "Broken Down Merry-Go Round" from the CD "A Time to Remember: 20 Original Recordings from 1950"
We usually play independent Aussie artists on Bush Tele. But this one was too good to pass up.
In 1950, this was one of a string of hits for the American country music singers Margaret Whiting and Jimmy Wakely.
We play it in honour of the merry-go-round in Geraldton WA.
